Great Plumbed in Water Cooler Reads

Sometimes, we just want to curl up on the sofa and let everything in the world pass us by; we want to be alone with our thoughts, to do whatever we please, and relish snuggling up with a nice cup of tea made fresh from our plumbed in water cooler. Of course, this experience can be greatly enhanced with a) a decent biscuit, and b) a good book. Because of this, this week we’re dedicating our time to recommending some of our fave reads, that you too might enjoy during your own quiet time:
Man and Boy: The novel that made Tony Parsons famous is funny, moving and poignant, and takes a great look at what it really takes to be a parent. A must for anyone who has ever been born.
The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao: A tale of a boy growing up in the Dominican Republic, facing the trials of being different, and dealing with a complicated family life. Don’t be put off by the thousands of footnotes.
The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook: Although not strictly written to be read as a novel, this is must for any baking fans. And if you don’t like words, the pictures are stunning and mouth-watering. Perfect for all tastes.
If you have any other suggestions for great reading material, or would like more information on getting a plumbed in water cooler, please do get in touch and one of our team will be on hand to help.
